Heritage School Choir perform at the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Ceremony ~ December 7, 2016
Heritage School Choir was honored to perform at The Admiral Nimitz Foundation Pearl Harbor Remembrance Ceremony at the National Museum of the Pacific War, December 7, 2016 at 12:25 p.m. Choral Director September van der Stoel lead the choir in the ‘National Anthem’, the ‘Battle Hymn of the Republic’, 'A Tribute to the Armed Forces.' as well as the Rhetoric Quintet performed ‘Cups ~ When I’m Gone’ . Our very own Bill Eggleston represented the Airforce as a retired Captain. The annual event draws over 500 attendees ages 1 to 101. Mrs. van der Stoel commented, "This is a tremendous opportunity for my students to bridge the generational gap to allow history to have a visceral impact on their future."
